Full Program, Multi-site, Executive-level Information Technology Support​

Challenge

Our client, one of the District of Columbia (DC) metropolitan area’s leading non-profit healthcare providers, needed full program support for upgrading to Windows 10 across multiple locations, training their existing staff, and providing white-glove support to their C-level executives, board members, and high-level doctors.​

Solution & Achievements

Beacon Hill Technologies provided a project architect and multiple executive IT support consultants to meet our client’s needs. We supported all client equipment on the Windows platform, including desktop computers, laptops, printer stations, mobile devices, and electronic medical record (EMR) workstation on wheels (WOWs) computer carts. Last, we trained and supported twenty members of our client’s service desk team, incorporating a separate line of support for executives. ​
