A prestigious, privately held financial institution headquartered in Boston approached us to partner with them as one of two primary vendors to provide a contingent workforce. They aimed to increase their pool of contract employees to 11 percent (from 2 percent).

We successfully assisted our client in increasing their contract workforce across their organization. In fact, since partnering with our client, Beacon Hill Financial has placed almost 200 contractors across four of their offices.
