BH Technologies™ Case Study
SharePoint Enterprise-level Project
Challenge
A large automotive manufacturer had been paying for licenses on multiple technologies for years, and they had begun looking to build a SharePoint delivery center and an international archive to host documents. Their needs were particular, and SharePoint 2010 was released only nine months before the engagement, making it extremely difficult to find candidates with hands-on skills and enterprise-level international experience.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies identified more than fifteen SharePoint professionals, including developers, project managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) with international and enterprise-level experience that met our client’s requirements. We sourced talent at all three levels with a custom recruitment plan, and our consultants were on assignment for more than twelve months—with more than half converting to full-time employees with our client.
Achievements
We successfully placed over fifteen SharePoint professionals and helped launch the delivery center, completing the project and objectives on time and within budget. Most of the resources are still employed by our client today, and our client’s managers specifically asked us to be an ongoing tier-one supplier.
