This Fortune 500 financial services client engaged us to source and deliver a team to support an enterprise-wide network refresh. The client historically outsourced the work to a firm that prohibited the client from converting consultants to full-time employees, which increased costs.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies worked with a senior infrastructure engineering team vice president to develop a deployment and delivery plan that also provided millions in cost savings compared to their previous provider.
Achievements
After a successful first three months, we deployed twenty-five consultants across multiple locations and skill sets, leading the client to seek our support with yet another project segment. This allowed us to add twenty-five more consultants to the current project, all eligible to be converted to full-time employees.
