Challenge
A top Midwest insurance client engaged us to manage the overall data flow and transformation project for all their financial and insurance applications. The effort included mapping out data swim lanes, data extraction, and streamlining data points. The effort was previously done in-house, and the client sought a partner to streamline and integrate the new process throughout their organization.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies developed a project plan to source, recruit, and deliver thirty resources to be phased into the project based on the demand for client deliverables over the last year. We vetted, presented, and added a team of project and program managers credentialed to specific client requirements.
Achievements
The original project is scheduled to be delivered on time and well under budget compared to its original scope. Our consulting efforts resulted in reduced cost, improved transparency, quality data standards, and completion ahead of schedule, contributing to Beacon Hill Technologies obtaining additional projects with the client.
