Managed Services Solutions Provides a Project Team to Support SQL Server Integration and Workday Implementation Project
Challenge
Our client, a county located in California, needed SQL server integration services (SSIS).
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies was selected to deliver this SSIS project for the client, which included implementing the Workday application. From June 2017 to March 2018, we deployed an SSIS administrator and developer to provide SSIS design, development, and post-implementation support. SSIS was used for various data interfaces and reference tables to and from the Workday application.
Achievements
Our SSIS administrator and developer assisted the county with the SSIS project responsibilities listed below:
- Installing and configuring SSIS according to best practices
- Guiding the design and implementation of SSIS architecture
- Reviewing integration services projects, packages, control flow elements, connections, variables, event handlers, and log providers with county staff
