A leading global tire manufacturer undertook a strategic initiative to establish a new production facility in Germany. This greenfield project necessitated a comprehensive SAP FICO/SD implementation to ensure seamless operational integration. We also delivered post-implementation support to ensure a seamless transition and address any initial operational challenges.
